    • Built custom, internal-only Claude skills to handle recurring automation tasks across the business (specifics internal to BRC Group Holdings).
    • Designed a custom context-graph system to give AI tools better structured context, improving the quality of AI-generated insights.
  2. Business Intelligence Analyst 2

    Insurance/claims-services BI role — built reporting and analytics on auto and workers’-comp claims data for executives and senior leadership.

    • Built an AI Usage Dashboard in Hex tracking employee adoption across 10+ AI tools monthly, plus supporting charts and tabular reporting for executive and senior-leadership review.
    • Developed custom metrics and trend curves around claims penetration rates, broken out by state and by billing/service state.
    • Built and maintained a dashboard tracking contracting efforts across the business to gauge contract renewal effectiveness and produce renewal estimates.
    • Primary tools: Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Hex AI, with Azure DevOps for task tracking and GitHub Copilot for analysis on custom quarterly data snapshots.
    • Had the highest Hex AI usage of anyone at the company.

    • Shipped a Predictive Scoring ML feature in Dynamics 365 for leads and opportunities — custom fields, CRM form updates, and custom JavaScript for automated filtering and metadata tracking — and led the pilot deployment.

    • Built a custom web scraping tool that crawled target sites, extracted keyword-matched information, used AI to clean and structure the text, and displayed key findings in a web app.

  • Built production-level API architecture with Express.js: 15+ RESTful endpoints, Clerk authentication, comprehensive error handling, and a PostgreSQL database optimized for complex financial data relationships.
  • Shipped a responsive dashboard with automatic spending/subscription/business-expense tracking via Plaid bank integration.
